click Start , Connect to your Twitter Account, The easiest is to login to your twitter account on a different tab then only go to ManageFlitter.
Click on the "Quick Edit" which located on the top right and you will be able to see the page overview then just click and drag all inside the box to select all.Max 100 at one go.Then click on "Unfollow 100 Selected"on the right button.Repeat for page 2,3,4... etc

Do not Unfollow 1000 and follow new 1000 on the same day.You will be banned!!! Follow to a max of 200 on a single day without Unfollowing anyone. The max follow is up to 500 but condition applies.
